Parkway South Softball Tryouts 2022

• Tryouts start on August 8th this season. All players, please meet at the softball field for a 9am start.
  
  
• Please make sure you are ready for both indoor and outdoor practices based on weather.
  
  
• Practice times for 8/8-8/14 will be approx. 9:00am-11:30am daily
  
  
• Team Photo Day is 8/20 in the morning
  
  
• Starting Monday 8/15, practice times will move to the afternoon due to Parkway teacher contracted times starting. Plan on those start times beginning around 3pm (weather could affect this). Saturday prctices will be in the mornings.
  
  
• Once classes start on 8/22, practices will start at 3pm as well, usually finishing between 5 and 5:30pm
  
  
• PRIVIT Info (physical) Needs to be submitted online
  
  MSHSAA forms packet available Parkway South High Athletic Website. All forms including physical forms are submitted on the online Service PRIVIT.
• 
  Players who do not have the online packet submitted and approved will not be able to participate by state rule until forms are completed.

• What to Bring: Sharing of equipment is being discouraged so please bring all of your own gear, Cleats, Tennis Shoes, and water every day
  
  
• BE PREPARED TO SLIDE EVERYDAY with proper sliding shorts or pants for the ENTIRE SEASON.

Expectations: A positive attitude with 100% effort is required every day! Due to the brevity of the season, players must commit to being present at all try outs, practices, and games, which includes Saturday practices or events.
